Free users get single user access, 20 orders and stock checks per month. That’s it.
No other surprises.
Paid users are only limited by the number of users.
There are no surprise charges. In fact you get 2 free setup sessions even on our free version. We want to see you succeed. There is a reason that out motto is “Your Success Is Our Success”
Tech support is available to free and paid users at no charge. Just click on the ‘Chat Icon” in the Teesom app to get support. We will do what it takes to see you succeed.
Just like all other answers before we want you to succeed and we want to give you the tools to do so.
If you’re flying solo and starting up we really don’t see why you need to add astronomical software fees to your business that will stifle your growth. Once you’ve grown, hired more staff, processing more orders and can afford to pay for software then, our paid packages kicks in. There is a long term goal of success and we get it.

One of our most frequently asked question.
Whether you use Printavo, Inksoft, DecoNetwork, FastManager or any other print shop management software you should have the ability to export most of your data in CSV format and then we can advise from there.
Teesom vs. Printavo; Teesom fundamentally differs, from Printavo, in the way we capture orders.
Most of our ex Printavo customers already had their data exported to QuickBooks and we were able to import their customer information directly from QuickBooks.
Unfortunately we are unable to import any of your order history or invoices.
