Teesom Update

Revision 24.19

Summary

There are so many changes and updates in this release that we can’t list them all. Mostly on the backend: to improve stability and performance.

Some of the most noticeable improvements are listed below:

Various bugfixes

Bugfixes were done on the following areas:

  • Payment verification process from customer view,
  • Quickbooks online “live connection” check (also improved the caching mechanism),
  • Outsourced Purchase Order printout had a “load” issue, which has been resolved,
  • Fixed a minor bug with Paystri payments and automatic surcharging when using a saved payment method,
  • Fixed a bug in the job sort order on the printed work order form,
  • When adding a service or imprint that is automatically “built in” to an order that has no products: fixed a bug so that it now correctly sets the qty of the service or imprint to zero,
  • Fixed a bug in the Stock Movement report


Improvements

  • Inventory: Improved the system for matching Style Codes to Inventory Codes and how the SKU’s are generated (or updated),
  • Improved the performance when fetching “Own Product” data from custom catalogs,
  • Temporary Items: added a new option that allows for quickly adding multiple similiar temp items to an order,


Customer Portal

This is an important one:

Your customer now has to be logged into the Customer Portal in order to save a payment method (card on file) for later reuse.

We’ve added a helpful link on the Customer View of the order to let them know if they’re logged in, and to allow for quick login to use saved payment methods:

Please note that your Customer Portal must be active and correctly setup for this to work correctly.

You are also now able to see the “username” your customer contact is using in the Customer Portal, in order to better assist them in cases where they may have forgotten their login details.

When editing the customer info, go to Advanced -> Contact Persons:

Payment/Refund receipt email

We have allowed for 2 existing tags to be included in the Payment Notification email template, which were not considered in this template before.

They are:

[ordernumber] and [orderdescription]
