Spotlight Search Gets Even Brighter

Finding what you need should be effortless. That’s why Spotlight Search has received several quality-of-life enhancements:

  • The Double Shift shortcut has been disabled to avoid accidental triggers.
  • Purchase Orders now display newest first, keeping your latest work front and center.
  • Customers are now sorted alphabetically for faster lookups.
  • Introducing Quick Navigation — all main menu items like Quotes & Invoices, Sales Report, and User List are now searchable.

Return to Where You Left Off

Logging out no longer means losing your place. With this update, when you log back in, you’ll be returned directly to the page you were last viewing — so you can pick up right where you left off.

Refined Print Layouts

We’ve streamlined print page layouts for cleaner, more efficient printouts. Expect sharper formatting and fewer wasted pages when you hit “Print.”

More Control Over Google Drive Auto Merge

You can now toggle the Auto Merge Folders feature on or off for Teesom Google Drive integration. This gives you greater flexibility in how your files sync and organize. Learn more about this setting.

Squashing Bugs for a Smoother Experience

  • Resolved occasional pricing inconsistencies for more reliable results across related features.
  • Fixed an issue where production approval text messages were not always marked as sent.
  • Corrected a display issue on packing slip printouts for Temporary Product quantities.
  • Fixed the Sales Rep filter on WIP Meeting Reports — it now functions correctly.
  • Resolved display issues with Payment Profiles and Pricing preferences in the S&S integration.
