We’re excited to share the latest updates to Teesom! This release introduces powerful new automation tools, expanded integrations, faster data entry options, meaningful UI improvements, and important fixes to enhance reliability across your daily workflows. Here’s everything that’s new.

New Feature: UltraMatch

Use UltraMatch to automatically match an Inventory Code with related vendor catalog items based on currently linked catalogs, allowing quick linking across integrated vendors.
UltraMatch is also available within the PO Wizard. After selecting a vendor, Teesom will check for matches and automatically identify if an item matches the vendor set as Buy From, even if the vendor’s style is not yet linked to an Inventory Code. An option to link the product to an Inventory Code is also provided.
If a vendor adds new size or color options after a catalog has been linked, UltraMatch can detect these via the vendor API and generate the corresponding SKUs automatically.

New Quick Add Options

Data entry just got faster. You can now quickly add new values in 33 locations across 7 pages, reducing context switching and keeping your workflow moving.

New UFlex Vendor Integrations

We’ve expanded our Ultra Flex Standards integrations. Apparel Coast to Coast (ACC) and Charles River Apparel are now available for seamless catalog integration within Teesom.

UI / UX Improvements

Major enhancements to Spotlight Search, including clearer visual separation of result types and the ability to filter by category (Customers, Orders, Inventory, etc.).
Improved the Order Entry page to reduce clicks and enhance visual clarity.
Updated the Demo Mode banner to make it more prominent.
Added Overview and Get Started sections to UFlex “Editing Vendor Catalog” screens.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the Consolidated PO Wizard where items shared across multiple orders could display swapped Qty to Order and Qty Required values when using Filter Products by Vendor.
  • Updated the behavior of Ship To contact number selection for shipments:
    • 1. Shipment Wizard Contact Cell (entered on the first step, Ship To)
    • 2. Order Cell Number (falls back to order-level phone if wizard field is empty)
    • 3. Customer company phone (falls back if both are empty)
  • Fixed an issue with Paystri payments where a cancellation response could appear before a successful payment resolved, preventing the payment from being created and applied correctly.
