Teesom Update

We’ve rolled out a new set of updates focused on improving shipping workflows, smoothing out onboarding, and fixing a number of usability issues across the platform. Here’s a quick look at what’s new and what’s been improved.

New

Shipping

ShipStation V2 API Integration – The ShipStation integration now supports the V2 API, bringing several improvements over V1:
Company name and address now pull directly from your Teesom setup, resolving previous sync issues.
Blind shipping automatically uses the customer address from Teesom, removing the need for manual workarounds.
Note: V2 creates a shipment directly in ShipStation, whereas V1 created an order ready to ship. Saved 3rd Party Shipping Details – You can now save 3rd party account details per customer and/or per order, making shipment creation faster and more convenient.


Bug Fixes & Enhancements

Refreshed the UI/UX for UFlex vendor onboarding to make setup clearer and easier to follow.
Improved reliability when sending Purchase Orders via UFlex integrated vendors (Carolina Made, One Stop, and Charles River Apparel).
Fixed an issue where Spotlight search stock checks for a style code shared across multiple vendors only showed results from one vendor instead of all connected vendors.
Fixed an issue where entering a value in the Design Number field when adding a New Design caused repeated loading during typing pauses.
Fixed an issue where a catalog item’s Sales Category was not retained when converting a Quote to an Invoice or duplicating an order, reverting to the default setting.
Resolved an issue where some Carolina Made products were missing from order entry and Spotlight search results.
Fixed an issue where the usage message shown during Spotlight search stock checks on a Free account displayed raw HTML instead of rendering correctly.
Improved the ACH payment flow — inputs are now locked after tokenization, and the Pay Now button is disabled more proactively based on field completion.
