List of Quotes and Invoices
This page contains a list of all your invoices and quotations. From here you can find any order, as well as edit or duplicate your orders.
The Job Board
The Job Board shows you all of your in-progress jobs. There are many options available for accessing numerous associated tasks and functions related to your orders, such as changing the due date or production date, keeping updated regarding the status of any outstanding artwork, and much more.

The Calendar
You can open the Job Calendar from the “Favorites” menu at the top next to the Main Menu and Notifications icons:
On the Calendar you can see in one glance how many jobs are scheduled on any given day, and also use a simple drag/drop to move jobs to a different date.

Tasks
The Tasks screen can also be accessed via the “Favorites” menu at the top:
On the Tasks screen you have a variety of views for seeing all the tasks that are due for all the different areas of your production process, each with their own subcategorised filters. For example you can see:
- all sales related tasks (Quotations to followup)
- all production related tasks
- all artwork related tasks
- tasks related to ordering and receiving goods
- tasks related to shipping
- tasks related to outstanding payments

Artwork
In Teesom you can create a design once, and then use it over and over again on multiple orders or with multiple customers. You can also duplicate existing artwork in order to use it on a different print location, or edit it to create a new design.
To view a list of all your existing designs, click on “Artwork” from the main menu:
From here you can edit or duplicate any design or see what orders it has been used on.

Online Production Approval
In Teesom you are able to have your customers approve an order for production quickly and simply in their favourite web browser. You can send the production approval request from the ‘SEND‘ button when you have the order open, and the customer will receive an email with a hyperlink that will take them to an online (printable) version of the work-order where they can see all the relevant artwork and production details, and of course approve the order (or request any changes if necessary):

Vendor Integration
Under “Company setup” -> “Vendor integration” you can configure integration with the enabled vendors by entering your own account info for each one.
This will enable Teesom to use your own pricing on your orders, as well as check for stock availability.
Currently, the supported vendors are:
- AlphaBroder
- SanMar
- S&S Activewear
- TSC Apparel

Payment Processing
Under “Integration“ in Company Setup, is the ability to integrate with a payment processor so that you can receive payments quickly and simply without ever leaving the app.
Currently the following payment gateways are supported:
Quickbooks Integration
You will find Quickbooks Integration settings under “Company Setup” -> “Integration” -> “Quickbooks Integration”, where you can connect with either Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Online
