Teesom Update

We’re excited to announce the latest Teesom release – packed with features and improvements designed to make your workflow faster, smarter, and more intuitive. This update introduces Spotlight Search, letting you instantly find orders, purchase orders, customers, and inventory from anywhere in the platform.

Alongside this major feature, we’ve refined the Order Entry experience, enhanced integrations, and added quality-of-life improvements across Catalog Imports, the Job Board, Company Setup, and more.

New Feature – Spotlight Search

Order Entry

UI/UX Improvements

  • Qty and Pricing of line items made more prominent with aligned styling.
  • Qty = 0 badge now shown in red again.
  • Other Charges now appear in alphabetical order when adding to an Order.
  • On Quotes, you can now set a Fixed Due Date by clicking the calendar date in the Edit Tier Settings menu.
  • On Quotes with a Fixed Due Date, the Order Due Date is visible both internally and to the customer.
  • Due Date / In Hands Date now always visible on the Invoice Customer View.
  • Improved handling of "T" size variants (e.g., 2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6, 7).

Functional Improvements

  • Improved handling of Size and Color variations via vendor integration — swapping Color/Size now triggers automatic checks to ensure data is up to date.
  • Made some signficant improvemtns for more accurate handling of size variants and subvariants (e.g., 2XL vs 2XLT).
  • Streamlined Other Charges handling for better button functionality and faster loading.

Catalogs: Product list imports

  • Fixed issue where catalogs with mixed image links (present on some items but not all) caused category import failures.

Job Board

  • Added option to Sort by Customer Name (A–Z / Z–A).

Company Setup

  • Added option to Enable/Disable Print Box Label QR code.

Adding a New Customer / Contact

  • Customer Required Fields Validation now applies to Contact Save logic.
  • When saving a new or existing Contact, validation rules are checked pulled directly from Company Setup configuration.

Google Drive Integration

  • Implemented folder merge functionality to automatically detect and consolidate duplicates. Each time an artwork is opened in Teesom, the system checks from the top down — if duplicate Teesom, Customer, or sub-folders exist, they are automatically merged into a single folder structure.
