Teesom Update

Revision 25.35

We’re excited to roll out Revision 25.35, an update focused on smoothing out everyday workflows, fixing a handful of long-standing issues, and adding a few quality-of-life improvements across payments, reporting, and integrations. Below is a quick, easy-to-scan rundown of what’s new and improved.

Fixes and improvements

Paystri Device Payments

We’ve improved overall reliability when working with Paystri devices. Improved handling of device wait timeouts
Better support for cancelling Teesom transactions

Payments UI/UX

Selecting and waiting on payment devices should now feel clearer and more polished. Improved wording and help text when selecting a payment device
Enhanced animations on the Waiting for Device Transaction popup

Company Setup – Defaults

We fixed an edge case with pricing defaults to ensure values behave exactly as expected.

Zero Markup = Zero Retail (when enabled): Setting Markup to 0% will no longer set Retail
to the cost value. Retail now correctly defaults to 0.00 when this setting is enabled.

Work Orders

Printing work orders should now correctly include all applicable shipping methods. Fixed ship methods with the “TS – ” prefix not loading when printing work orders

QuickBooks Online

We addressed several issues to improve reliability when syncing with QuickBooks Online. Fixed general customer export, creation, and sync issues

Order Payments

Viewing payment details is now working as intended. Fixed issue where clicking the eye icon to view a payment did not open payment details

Stripe Payments

Stripe payments should now consistently apply to orders after successful processing. Fixed issue where successful Stripe payments were not being created or applied to orders in Teesom

Vendor Integrations

We made small visual improvements to help distinguish vendor sections more clearly. Improved visual separation between S&S Activewear and UFlex sections

Production Reports

A new report is now available to give better insight into work in progress. WIP Production Report added to the app

S&S Integration

We resolved an issue that could block certain payment options. Resolved issue where the S&S Payment Profile Card was not available as a payment option

Reports

Reporting exports now include additional data to support better analysis. Added Total Due column to the Age Analysis Report CSV export
