What’s New

We’ve rolled out a new update focused on making your workflow smoother, improving approvals, and giving you more control over orders and artwork. Whether you’re managing orders, working with artwork, or handling shipping, these updates are designed to save time and reduce friction.

Easier Order Management

Order Memos

You can now add an Order Memo to any order. These notes will appear on printed orders and stay attached even if you duplicate the order or view it from the customer side. It’s a simple way to keep important details front and center.


Better Shipping Integrations

ShipStation Custom Fields

You can now connect ShipStation custom fields (like PO numbers or customer names) directly to your order data using a new, easier interface.

3rd-Party Billing Support

The shipping wizard now allows you to enter more detailed third-party billing information, giving you greater flexibility when handling shipments.


Smarter Product Matching

SanMar + UltraMatch

We’ve improved how SanMar products are matched across vendors by switching to UltraMatch-compatible endpoints. In plain terms, this means better accuracy when working with products from different suppliers.


Artwork Workflow Improvements

We’ve made several upgrades to help your artwork process run more smoothly:

  • See where artwork is used: A new button in the Art List shows exactly which products an imprint is applied to, including job names and product counts.
  • Create imprint locations instantly: No need to leave your workflow—you can now add new imprint locations while editing artwork.
  • Resend approvals without creating a new version: Keep your original revision number intact when resending approvals.
  • Better approval tracking: Every time an approval is sent or resent, detailed notes are automatically added to the order.
  • Clear rejection summaries: If artwork is rejected, you’ll now see a clean summary (including customer comments) in the timeline.
  • Optional SMS approvals: You can now send approvals via SMS (after the email is successfully delivered).
  • Improved validation and error messages: Forms are easier to use, with clearer guidance when something needs fixing.
  • Cleaner approval interface: The approval tab now has a more intuitive layout, clearer statuses, and better reminders.

Google Drive Setup Change

Artwork folders will no longer be created automatically. Instead, you’ll be prompted to set up your cloud folder manually when needed—giving you more control over your file organization.


Bug Fixes & General Improvements

We’ve also fixed several issues and made overall improvements, including:

  • Cleaner invoice print layouts
  • Clearer messaging for successful vs failed payments
  • Updated stock indicator colors for certain vendor items
  • Fixes for profile image uploads
  • Fixes for editing products with special characters (like backslashes)
  • Corrected incorrect date displays in SMS messages
  • General stability and performance improvements
