We know you’re all waiting for Merch-It-Now. But every now and then it’s important to give Teesom some love as well …

Various bugfixes

Bugfixes were done on the following areas:

  • Fixed Issue where non-working date sometimes allowed user to change to it,
  • Fixed QB Online issue where it did not send Unit Price,
  • Fixed IOS – Payments Bug for Customer Order View,
  • Fixed Embroidery Price List Import bug,
  • Fixed Catalog Import Bugs,
  • Fixed an issue where a duplicated Job would appear out of order,
  • Fixed an issue on the Order List where it displayed the wrong order total for tiered orders,
  • Print WO – now prints the actual stitch count


Improvements

  • Payment System Improvements and Stability fixes,
  • Improved the performance when importing large custom product lists
  • Improved performance on the Inventory List,
  • Paystri Payments on mobile improvements,
  • Added Sales Category Tag to Order Rows,
  • Important IOS/IPAD Improvements
  • Messenger popup: Preview of PDF now has detect IOS and help text to view the fill PDF,
  • Inventory Codes Save / Create will now preemptively auto-fill known cost price information,
  • Added New Filter to the PO Wizard – “Stock Only Mode”,
  • Massive Efficiency improvements (90%) when sending payment to QB Online


Customer Portal

This is an important one:

Your customer now has to be logged into the Customer Portal in order to save a payment method (card on file) for later reuse.

We’ve added a helpful link on the Customer View of the order to let them know if they’re logged in, and to allow for quick login to use saved payment methods:

Please note that your Customer Portal must be active and correctly setup for this to work correctly.

You are also now able to see the “username” your customer contact is using in the Customer Portal, in order to better assist them in cases where they may have forgotten their login details.

When editing the customer info, go to Advanced -> Contact Persons:

Payment/Refund receipt email

We have allowed for 2 existing tags to be included in the Payment Notification email template, which were not considered in this template before.

They are:

[ordernumber] and [orderdescription]
